If you want to request a change of zoning on your property, NOW IS THE TIME TO ACT! Pursuant to Harford County Council Bill No. 08-29, Harford County will initiate a 18-month countywide Comprehensive Rezoning Process. The Department of Planning and Zoning will accept application requests for individual zoning changes for a two month period beginning on October 15, 2008.
