Synopsis: Mr. Stark actively represents a wide range of individual, business, institutional and governmental clients. He has developed an expertise in the areas of real estate, estate planning and probate, contracts, business organization and planning, and municipal law. He litigates cases in Harford, Cecil and Baltimore County Courts, Maryland Appellate Courts, U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland and recovery appeals before local and state administrative agencies. His experience and education enables him to provide assistance to individuals and families in need of personal and planning advice associated with the complex problems associated with aging. He is an AV rated attorney.
