Synopsis: Mr. Stark has actively represented a wide range of individual, business, institutional and governmental clients for more than 35 years. He has developed an expertise in the areas of real estate, estate planning and probate, contracts, business organization and planning, and municipal law. He has litigated cases in Harford, Cecil and Baltimore County Courts, Maryland Appellate Courts, U.S. District Court for Maryland and before administrative agencies. His experience and education enables him to provide assistance to individuals and families in need of personal and planning advice associated with the complex problems associated with aging. He is an AV rated attorney.
Mr. Stark is a trained mediator and has served as an arbitrator and a Court appointed special master.
