Synopsis: Mr. Szoka is an AV-rated attorney with extensive experience in real estate and litigation matters. Mr. Szoka represents PNC Bank and is a title insurance agent for Chicago Title and Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company. Mr. Szoka has also served as an arbitrator for the Montgomery and Howard County school systems. Mr. Szoka is a founding member of the Harford County Bar Foundation, Inc., which arranges legal representation for low-income individuals. Mr. Szoka is a past chairman of the Board of Trustees of Union Memorial Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland, past president of the United Way of Harford County and Susquehanna Work Force Network, and past chairman of the board of trustees of John Carroll High School.
